Question about minimized apps on Kicker

Kevin,

I'm not sure about KDE3, but in KDE2, you should be able to go into 
Preferences/Look & Feel/Taskbar from the KDE menu and uncheck 'Group similar 
tasks'. Try that and see if that does what you want.
