Question about minimized apps on Kicker

I've got to second that question.  I've looked around and haven't found 
anything.  When I first saw this in KDE my response was "Who would want 
this?"  Then I installed XP, and I realized it was a case of KDE copying 
xp.  Still don't like it in either place.

And I want to be able to turn off selecting text automatically copies it to 
the klipboard.  I'm on windows right now, so I can't check, but does KDE 
implement windows select, right click to bring up copy/cut/paste menu?  I'd 
like that option.
