Due to the pace at which Hugo deprecates or otherwise changes things, we
require a specific fixed version of Hugo to be used to build KDE websites.
In our case this version is currently 0.150.0.

To install hugoi18n you can run:

git clone https://invent.kde.org/websites/hugo-i18n
pip3 install ./hugo-i18n
