Building website for the first time

Hi,

I'm new to the KDE web development. My goal to help to create PR to
support RTL. My first website that I want to work on is time
timeline-kde.org. I follow the available steps in Getting Started[1].
when I run:
$ hugo server

I used snap for the hugo:
hugo v0.162.0-076dfe13d0f789e3d9586b192f8f7f3329c26990+extended
linux/amd64 BuildDate=2026-05-26T13:53:44Z VendorInfo=snap:0.162.0

Also, I don't know how to use hugoi18n to build the website content.

Do you have a detailed step-by-step for the new joiner?
