Hello,

I hope you can help me. I am trying to get "Kdiff3" added to my company's "Company Portal", a program that contains a list of officially-approved software that all employees can download and install. I submitted it to the department that handles the Company Portal and it has gone up through the approvals, but they are now asking for a W-8 form (https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw8ben.pdf) and I have no idea what to enter for some of the fields on that form.

Is there any possible way you could provide the information so I can submit it to them? If not, would you be able to let me know someone else I could contact that might be able to?
