Yes, and you failed.
OP logic is that since everyone that understands Catalan understands Valencian
we should not have Valencian translations. OP is correct in that everyone that
understands Catalan understands Valencian since they are the same language, OP
is incorrect in that there is no reason to not have translations to both.
You tried to say that since everyone that understands Catalan also understands
Spanish we should not have Valencian translations. But since that fact is not
correct, that logic does not make any sense.
