I have an old account. My access is blocked for some reason. I have to login as KDE contributor. Can't login directly to discuss.kde.org.
Trying to login with invent.kde.org yields message "your account has been blocked. Please contact your GitLab administrator if you think this is an error". Except there is no information about how to contact the GitLab administrator—when I am unable to login.
I already looked at the Help pages and used the "Resend confirmation instructions" with both of my email addresses. My login is not an email address, so I don't know which one it should have gone to. Actually, never mind, that page is on gitlab.com, not kde.org. Not a chance of getting help there.
Searching for my username on https://invent.kde.org/search?search=ryanj&nav_source=navbar&include_archived=true yields no results, indicating that I don't have an account, despite the fact that it said my account was blocked, and that I have a username and password saved in my records.

Going to KDE identity page at https://identity.kde.org/ provides no useful information and no recovery process, despite the claim that that is where to go to recovery the account. My account logs in fine on identity.kde.org.
Searching on discuss.kde.org for my username also yields no results: Search results for 'ryanj' - KDE Discuss<https://discuss.kde.org/search?q=ryanj&search_type=users>

Finally I found something that might help, after scrolling down on KDE discuss and clicking on the "Support" button. Help & Support for KDE Software - KDE Community<https://kde.org/support/> There is an Account Issues section on this page with a link to submit a sysadmin ticket or a link to email KDE sysadmins. This should not be so damn hard to find. You guys need to address this confusion.
