can login or reset my password

I have a recurring donation/membership going to fund.krita.org that i 
wanted to temporarily stop. However, when trying to login via KDE Invent 
to manage my membership i get this error message:

Could not authenticate you from Ldapmain because "Invalid credentials 
for luci annihilates".


when i try to reset my password, it asks for my email which i enter but 
then gives me this error message:

Please fix the following input errors:

  * Email address does not match those known for the given username
  * Username does not exist.


Not sure what else to do as i double checked that i'm entering the 
correct email and username, and i even tried the two other emails i use 
just in case i remembered incorrectly as to which one i had signed up with.

I went ahead and removed paypal as a payment option for krita through 
paypal itself, which is what i was using for my membership.

however i would like to still regain access to my KDE invent account.
