Hello Cassandra,

We're not an email host at all, not sure where you found this email
address (which is a public mailing list). KDE does make the KMail
email client, which you may be using, but we don't host the email,
just like Apple doesn't host it even if you use iPad Mail to access
it.

It seems ttg.org.uk is hosted at justhost.com, but you probably need
to contact a system administrator inside the Theatrical Guild.
