Problems with email

Dear Kmail,

I started work with the Theatrical Guild in February and I had my own email set up.  I am now on holiday cover and due to be covering the main email of the office 
admin at ttg.org.uk and am having problems with it.  Are you the host of both emails? I can currently send emails but am not receiving them on the admin at ttg.org.uk email.

Any help would be most appreciated.
