The release of KDE 5.18 introduced the user feedback tool, which indicates that
the developers wish to learn more about how people use KDE and what features
they like. 
I thought that it would be a nice addition if on the KDE website there was a
special page for suggestions and feature requests, separate from bugs.kde.org,
which feels out of place for feature requests. users could submit ideas (like
this one) to the dev team and others could vote on which ones they would like
to be implemented. It would be a nice way to interact with users to improve KDE
for everyone.
