Hi,

translations for KDE Plasma 5.19.x announcements [1] [2] are a mix of
English and Catalan|Spanish|Dutch|Portuguese|Ukrainian. An example [1]
for Catalan:

- Date (Tuesday, 16 June 2020) is in English

- "Plasma 5.19 <https://kde.org/announcements/plasma-5.19.0> was
released in June 2020 with many feature refinements and new modules to
complete the desktop experience." -> is also in English

- Fixes details are also in English

This happens for all available languages. Could this be solved?
