There are a couple of reasons why our system may have rejected your request
to register on KDE Identity.

Most commonly this is due to you either not completing the CAPTCHA, or the
CAPTCHA being blocked by plugins or other browser addons that filter out
reCAPTCHA (a Google operated service).

If you could please confirm you've completed the CAPTCHA successfully that
would be appreciated.
