Registration failed with: Client rejected by automatic spammer detection system

I'd like to submit a patch to extra-cmake-modules but when I'm trying to register in [1], I received a message:

  >Error 403:  Client rejected by automatic spammer detection system

Is that something wrong with the login procedure or with the name I was trying to use or something else?
