Identity token

Hello, I'm trying to sign in to my kde identity account but I failed to
save (didn't occur to me or didn't understand I had to save it) the token
information and so I can't answer the two factor challenge.
I've looked but can't find a link to reset this.
Any help will be deeply appreciated
