KDE userbase broken.

Dear KDE team,

When I try to login to the KDE userbase, I can get past the phabricator part, but when it comes to choosing a nickname, if I try to choose my old one it gives incorrect credencials, and if I try to enter a new nickname it says,

`a database query error occured - this may indicate a bug in the software. `

Can you please fix this?
