Patch to add Simon to kde.org/applications

Hi,

attached a patch to add Simon to kde.org/applications:

* added to section Utilities like Jovie, KMag, KMouseTool
* data from about dialog and new appdata file
*  screenshot_main.png taken from 
https://docs.kde.org/trunk4/en/extragear-accessibility/simon/main_window.html
* validated json files with jsonlint-py
