Transferring kde.gr.jp to KDE e.V.

I don't think so. *.gr.jp is for GRoups and it could be registered by any
organization established in Japan. You may confuse it with *.go.jp which is
for Japanese GOvernmental organizations.

However *.gr.jp owners have to be organizations established in Japan, so
the owner in whois may need to be Japan KDE Users Group, not KDE e.V.

In addition, *.gr.jp domains are now obsolete and you cannot register new
one. Transfer should be still allowed, but I wonder if KDE e.V.'s registrar
support it.

I will discuss other Japan community members in case we can't transfer, but
I believe proceeding only 2) ~ 4) is also fine for them.

It should be possible but that obviously depends on the details and if
we can be sure it is going into the right hands then.
