Problems with cdn.kde.org

Hi Geert,

The only recent issues i've heard concerning cdn.kde.org usually
involve users with defective IPv6 setups.
If you have IPv6 - please consider disabling it temporarily to see if
this resolves your connectivity issues.

If it does, please contact your IPv6 provider for assistance - as they
are unable to access sites provided through Incapsula.
