Problems with cdn.kde.org

Hi,

I'm having a really hard time accessing some of the kde websites. This 
has been going on for quite some time now (as in certainly more than a 
month).

I first experienced this with bugs.kde.org. Surfing to that website it 
takes about 2.5 minutes from hitting enter in the address bar to the 
content actually showing up. Most of this time my browser shows
"Connected to cdn.kde.org"

When the page does load eventually, I only get unformatted html. It 
appears the css files aren't loaded. I have attached a screenshot to 
illustrate this.

I wanted to create a kde sysadmin ticket for this, however I don't seem 
to have a kde identity just yet.

So I surfed to identity.kde.org, which unfortunately exhibits the same 
awful delays.

Please tell me what I can do to fix this, or fix it on the kde server 
side. It's impossible to interact with the kde websites if each click 
takes 2.5 minutes to complete a page (and even then only partly 
complete).
