KDE identity account

Hi, can't login in the forum and can't reset my password.
This email paun at inwind.it is the one I used for registration and I still have the confirmation email but the username is wrong. I usually use MarcoPau but that doesn't work and I can't recover it.
What am I supposed to do in order to recover my username?
