In that svn directory there are definitions of some jabber 
extensions which kopete jabber protocol implements (or 
implemented in past).

It is possible that some other sources redirect to kopete.kde.org 
website or mention them.

The best solution would be to put those files to some other 
location and create redirect rules from kopete.kde.org...
