KDE.org Design - Update after Akademy BoF

I'd be very up for this; I've been seeing my own progress slip and fail to
gain momentum, and I think it's *extremely* important that we kick it off
with a strong start to get traction. It doesn't help that I've had multiple
projects steal development time. I think this is exactly what is needed. ++.

IRC is good, the VDG has also used Google Hangouts for video chat
effectively, and there's something about live chat which seems to help
things along. But, yes, some form of meeting should definitely be scheduled.

I did create a forum, but it's hidden at the moment. I'll delete my (single
outdated) post from it, and ask the admins to open it up to the public.
I'll write a new introductory post as well.

In terms of CMS I think from the BOF notes and my own personal research, we
should just formally pick Drupal 8 as the CMS we'll be using. Everything
keeps leading back to Drupal. Perhaps before whatever meeting is scheduled
those of us unfamiliar with Drupal (raises hand) should look though the
documentation so we can pool our knowledge a bit. There's a few obvious
things (like getting Drupal to use Kidentity), but we should also look to
find other "gotchas" so we can address them in the meeting.

And we can all shoot our respective visions around, hammer out a solid
plan, and divvy out the work.

I don't know if I'll have the chance to do many, but I'll aim to code-up
some basic HTML designs this weekend.
