As mentionned at the top of

there's an calendar providing milestones for the KDE applications. This is
great. 

The ticket is about providing the same kind of information for plasma and
frameworks :

I guess ideally, there would be an ICS for each (apps/plasma/frameworks) and
one global KDE ICS.
