Fix Info/Link on https://www.kde.org/applications/internet/konqueror/

Changes:

* You can not edit files in Konqueror preview, to do so you have to open it in
the associated aplication

* KOffice -> Calligra

* use link format which opens always the stable doc version on d.k.o no matter
where the file is actually located on the server
