patch with changes

Changes:

* You can not edit files in Konqueror preview, to do so you have to open it in
the associated aplication

* KOffice -> Calligra

* use link format which opens always the stable doc version on d.k.o no matter
where the file is actually located on the server

Relevant changes will be applied to konqueror.appdata.xml as well
