in any image viewer capable of adjusting the image size so that the image 
content blocks that are intended to be displayed 1" wide do indeed display 1" 
wide. Doing so should enable you to comprehend my meaning by providing 
context for the display of those mailman pages in an environment that quite 
likely does not match your own.
