Default line height is as provided by the actual glyph used's designer, which
is generally optimal as long as type size is optimal and line length is not
excessive. Regardless, line height is a separate issue from text size and thus
should not be a component of or discussed in this bug.
Setting any base font size other than 100%, 1em or medium is rude[1]. There's
no way any web stylist can know something other than the user's browser default
size can possibly work better, no matter how much trouble it may be for a
site's stylist(s) or CMS to not change the base text size to something else.
The KDE Forum and KDE Bugzilla are particularly awful, via further usability
reduction in the form of tiny fonts that are low contrast gray on white instead
of black on white, and smaller still text within its tiny user input textareas.
