To get the ball rolling here, can you submit two sysadmin requests
using the form at https://bugs.kde.org/enter_sysadmin_request.cgi?
One should be for website hosting and the change from www.jp.kde.org
to jp.kde.org, and the other should be for the setup of the
kde-jp at kde.org mailing list.

Okay. Please be aware that in order to get @kde.org addresses it is
necessary to either be a member of the KDE e.V or to have the support
of two existing @kde.org address holders.
If you are using @kde.gr.jp for alias addresses only, we can provide
this capability if necessary as well.
