Hi Chandra,
You need a KDE Identity account (identity.kde.org) to log into the forums.
We do not recognize ubuntu one/launchpad logins in our system. Currently, I
do not see an account with your email on the forums, while I do see that
you registered on KDE Identity. I have reset your Identity password and
have sent it to you.
Also, KDE Bugzilla is not (yet) integrated with KDE Identity. So you need
to use a separate set of credentials for that. Please send a mail to
sysadmin at kde.org or forum-admin at kde.org if you continue to have login
issues.
PS. If you are planning to post a bug on the KDE Forums, you should
probably consider creating a bug report on bugs.kde.org.
Regards,
