Hi Cornelius,
I don't know where the files of kde.org are stored (I looked for them 
unsuccessfully in projects.kde.org), but I think it should not be so difficult 
to do this: maybe the banner could be put on top of the "get KDE software" 
button.

Anyway, I'm sorry but I don't know how to help.
