kde.org/applications/ development pages for apps in monolithic repos

Hi,

the function browseSourcesHtml in class_appdata.inc does not generate a proper 
url for applications in monolithic repos like kmail in kdepim.

Attached a patch (not sure if that is really valid php syntax, but you should 
get the idea) to handle the entries in e.g. kmail.json:
