I love the idea.  Not being a developer, I leave feasibility questions to 
others, but I'm very aware that there is both duplication and complementary 
information on Forum and UserBase, and currently no easy way to keep them in 
sync.  The ability to find information across both would be fabulous.  And 
yes, it would need to be easily reached from either base.
