Patch for /srv/www/svn/www/sites/okular/download.php

The latest okular trunk doesn't work with 4.3 (the last revision in
trunk to work with 4.3 was 1066332). I suggest changing the
instructions to something similar to this or specifying that they only
work when the environment is 4.4.
