Try http://userbase.kde.org/ instead.

We really need to do something about docs.kde.org, at least put a link up to
userbase and explain why docs is so out-of-date.

There is a link from www.kde.org under community/users, but I wonder if it is
as obvious as it could be?

Also http://www.kde.org/documentation/ needs updating too to point to UserBase
instead of d.k.o.

And a link from techbase would be good too (see talkback
http://techbase.kde.org/Talk:Welcome_to_KDE_TechBase#Link_To_UserBase).
