[Patch] KDE 4.2 announcement: Add links to the OGV versions of the videos

Hi,

Please add the links to the Ogg Theora (OGV) version of the videos. Not 
everyone uses the proprietary/non-Free Flash. I have attached a patch to do 
so for the English, German and Italian versions. (For the other languages, I 
didn't know the translation of "Ogg Theora version".)

(I don't have commit access to the announcements. :-( )
