RH9 RPM: some are corrupted? 'file' says they're just 'data'

I saw the same thing an hour ago, the MD5 sums were all wrong too. I suspect
those files were filled with random data. (Disk failure?)
At first sight, they seem to have fixed the problem now. I tested with the
arts RPM and its MD5 sum is correct.
After re-downloading those files, please check the MD5 sums (see README.md5
file) before installing them.
