New CVS account

Here is a request for the creation of a new CVS account with write
permissions on the /www/fr subdirectory on www.kde.org. It is for 
Samuel Desseaux (sdesseaux at free.fr) who wishes to be part of the French
website Translation Team.

login : minix (or sdesseaux if minix is already taken)

Would it be possible to create this CVS account ?
