I don't know, in the end b.k.o is still a pretty complex tool, and offering
its interface in several languages promises something it can't really deliver
(and I doubt Bugzilla's backend is prepared to support multiple languages
anyway, we don't plan to extend core parts of Buzilla on our own).
However there is a tool called KBugBuster in the kdesdk package which offers
access to many of b.k.o's features and can easily be translated just like any
other KDE program. Consider joining http://i18n.kde.org/ =)
I guess we should promote the use of KBugBuster a little more...?
