Well, I wasn't planning to have an announcement and dot story for each
beta / release candidate, the news I wanted to communicate was the
creation of the kdeaccessibility CVS module and package. (We needed the
long beta period for translations).

After the dot story didn't get through, I thought a smaller announcement
might do the job, but I can see the problems you have with it.

Anyway, by now I realized that an interview with the kdeaccessibility
maintainer might be more appropriate for communicating the creation of
kdeaccessibility.
