two menus for all kde.org subsites?

People read from left to right. The context menu is on the left.

Additionally, you _CAN NOT_ change the contents of the right menu. It always 
contains links to other sites in the family.

That URL doesn't exist, and I don't know which one you're talking about.

You don't seem to be familiar with what we're talking about. If you were 
familiar with it, you would know that it was not possible to change the links 
in the right menu, since it always contains links to other sites in the 
family. Therefore your argument is totally redundant and doesn't make any 
sense at all.

The right menu merely allows people to find other sites in the family, which 
makes sense for the homepage of kde.org sites.
