Hi!

The KDE Accessibility Project will soon release the first Release 
Candidate of the new created kdeaccessibility module.

Of course I would like to link the announcement on kde.org, as it is 
usually done for kdevelop, quanta, etc.

Is there some formal way of doing this or can I just apply the change 
myself?
