It looks good.  Clean and organized.  Can there be some images though? 
 Say a KDE logo?  I agree with Andreas, the 'Location' form takes up too 
much space.

Tested on Netscape 7.01 and IE 6.0 on Windows ;-)

P.S.  What app are you/he using to design it?
