Not really, but something that may help is to have a more consistent approach
to i18n of web sites.
For a start, have all the pages in a consistent. Either directly under
kde.org, e.g.:
kde.org/es, kde.org/fr, kde.org/de
Or have a country name under kde.org/international.
kde.org/international/germany is one that uses this scheme at the moment.
In many cases, the regional sites just mirror the kde.org site -- so in fact,
maybe it would be good to look into directly i18n'ing the PHP rather than
duplicating all the code and pages again.
