Translation of wwwtesting

Hi,

I am involved in translating the site into Dutch, and you are right that
everything should be translated. So I am wondering how? Do we have to
translate everything, or are the content pages some kind of includes that
can be translated seperate.

How abut CVS?

Or, (my personal favorite), how about a CMS that lets the content be
translated (and added?) without all kind of html-stuff in it?
(Something like ezpublish.org or http://www.midgard-project.org/)

I know this might be difficult regarding the way we mirror stuff, but in
the end, I think this is much easier and it makes it easier to have
non-techies involved in the translation.
