Oh dear, it's too late.
Note that this would then also need to be present in all links, as links
in the accessible version must stay in that version.
The problem is that it will be extremely difficult to figure out whether
another KDE domian like accessibility.kde.org or www.kate.org or
www.kde.de is based on the new layout and needs the ?table suffix.
It is easier to check for Netscape 4.7 and only use the table version
then.
