licenses to use

I really can't understand what all the fuss is about just in relation to
a logo for the kde.org website, but anyway we have previously had the
licensing discussion in this thread:
http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde-www&m=104388988123775&w=2

Where we basically agreed that any of the licenses listed at
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/license-list.html#OtherLicenses would be
acceptable but we couldn't enforce it for all content on kde.org based
mainly upon the third party content we have.
