Unfortunately we are currently experiencing problems with one of our servers, which means apps.kde.com is currently unavailable. 

We are working on bringing it back online but please be patient with us until it is back up, I suggest keeping an eye on http://dot.kde.org for any updates on the availability of the site.

I am connecting from Australia, though on a fast link - I have not experienced 
problems with any other sites. By comparison, the apps.kde.com site has been 
unavailable (to me, at least) for several days.

If there is anything I can do to assist in tracking down the problem, please 
let me know. I am willing to provide traceroutes/ping stats/core dumps/flaky 
apache skills/whatever.
