Difficulty connecting to apps.kde.com

Hi, I am having trouble connecting to http://apps.kde.org/ - our proxy 
reports:

An error occured while loading http://apps.kde.com:

Timeout on server
apps.kde.com
--

I am connecting from Australia, though on a fast link - I have not experienced 
problems with any other sites. By comparison, the apps.kde.com site has been 
unavailable (to me, at least) for several days.

If there is anything I can do to assist in tracking down the problem, please 
let me know. I am willing to provide traceroutes/ping stats/core dumps/flaky 
apache skills/whatever.
