I don't want to be the dictator, but you are right, there is a point where
this disscussion needs to be ended ;)

That are good points, but think some links will break :/
The problem with old browsers is: does we want some xhtml strict conform page
or an backwards compatible one, but that is a far away topic (as no design
decision is fallen atm and that would be just a matter of changing 1 or 2
php template files.
